These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services, games, betting markets, and account features provided by xsix6 (the "Platform") at https://xsix6.net and any associated subdomains or mobile-accessible versions thereof. The terms "xsix6," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the xsix6 operating entity and its authorised representatives.

By accessing the xsix6 Platform, completing the registration process, or placing any wager or bet, you ("the Player," "you," "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms were last updated in January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. xsix6 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the Platform and continued use of the Platform following such publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on xsix6, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the term of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. xsix6 does not permit gaming or betting by individuals under 21. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
• You must be a human individual. Corporate entities, automated scripts, bots, and software agents are not permitted to hold xsix6 accounts.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current registration information, including your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a current email address.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either on xsix6 or through any linked responsible gaming scheme in which xsix6 participates.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of xsix6 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or licensing partners.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active xsix6 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. xsix6 employs automated and manual duplicate detection mechanisms and will close all duplicate accounts upon discovery.

xsix6 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, without being required to disclose the reason for such decision.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your xsix6 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. xsix6 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

You agree to notify xsix6 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your xsix6 account. xsix6 support can be reached at the email address provided on the Contact & Support section of the Platform. Failure to report suspected unauthorised access may result in xsix6 being unable to take protective action on your behalf.

• You must not share your xsix6 account credentials with any third party.
• You must not allow any other person to access your xsix6 account, including family members.
• You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your xsix6 account, whether authorised by you or not, except where xsix6 has been at fault.
• xsix6 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings to provide an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

xsix6 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials, unless such failure was caused by a breach of xsix6's own security systems.

All financial transactions on xsix6 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). xsix6 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on xsix6 is Rs 500. Deposits are processed in real time via JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard banking processing times. xsix6 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. xsix6 processes withdrawal requests on the same business day for verified accounts submitting requests before 5:00 PM PKT. Requests received after that time are processed the following business day.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as your xsix6 account.
• xsix6 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• xsix6 player funds are held in accounts segregated from operational funds, providing an additional layer of financial protection.

xsix6 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and any additional terms specified at the point of offer:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players as defined in each promotional communication. xsix6 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each eligible player may claim each specific xsix6 bonus offer once only, unless the offer expressly states otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited if you request a withdrawal before the requirements are satisfied.
• xsix6 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. If an offer is cancelled while you hold an active bonus, the remaining unwagered bonus balance will be removed from your account.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, wagering patterns designed to satisfy requirements with minimal risk, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of bonus-related winnings.

In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering requirements, the xsix6 decision shall be final. Players may contact support via live chat or the registered support email to raise a formal query regarding bonus terms.

All casino games and sports betting markets offered by xsix6 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game or betting interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers. The following general gaming rules apply across the xsix6 platform:

• Live Casino: Live dealer games are subject to the rules displayed at each table. In the event of a technical fault during a live game, xsix6 reserves the right to void the round or settle bets based on the state of the game at the time the fault occurred, as determined by recorded game data.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with xsix6 sports betting rules. Results are determined by official competition results as reported by the relevant governing body. xsix6 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by corruption, match-fixing, or similar integrity issues.

• Jackpots: Progressive jackpot prizes are awarded as displayed at the time of triggering. Jackpots that cannot be paid in a single transaction due to technical or operational constraints will be paid in instalments agreed with the winning player.

xsix6 is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. In all cases of dispute, xsix6's game records constitute the authoritative record of game outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xsix6 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of outstanding balances:

• Creating or using more than one xsix6 account, whether individually or in collusion with other persons.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or identity documents.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human means to interact with xsix6 games or betting markets.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes on xsix6.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the xsix6 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering or using xsix6 as a vehicle for processing funds of illegal origin. xsix6 actively cooperates with anti-money laundering authorities and will report suspicious transaction patterns as required by applicable law.
• Facilitating access to xsix6 by persons under the age of 21 or by persons subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Abusing any xsix6 promotion, bonus, or loyalty programme in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

xsix6 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. xsix6 recognises that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and has implemented a comprehensive set of tools to assist players in managing their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all xsix6 account holders and can be activated from the Account Settings panel at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your xsix6 account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased with immediate effect; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of xsix6.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your xsix6 account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 months. During a cooling-off period, you will be unable to log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all xsix6 gaming and betting services. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. xsix6 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.

xsix6 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement across all platform features. Age verification is conducted at registration and prior to withdrawal processing. All content on the xsix6 Platform — including but not limited to the xsix6 name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and data — is the proprietary intellectual property of xsix6 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xsix6 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any xsix6 content for commercial purposes.
• Modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works based on xsix6 software or content.
• Using xsix6 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the xsix6 Platform.

Any unauthorised use of xsix6 intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may be subject to legal action. All third-party game content accessible through xsix6 remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to xsix6 for display on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xsix6 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of the xsix6 Platform, including losses of profit, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

xsix6's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, howsoever caused, shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your xsix6 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, xsix6 is not liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, internet service providers, or mobile network operators serving Pakistani players.
• Losses arising from your decision to place any particular wager or bet.
• Technical faults in third-party game software not directly within xsix6's operational control.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or other payment providers.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your xsix6 account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits xsix6's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by xsix6's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

You may close your xsix6 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance in your account (net of outstanding wagering obligations on active bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method subject to completion of KYC verification.

xsix6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to satisfy KYC documentation requirements within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 24 months.

In cases of account closure due to a material breach of these Terms, xsix6 reserves the right to withhold outstanding balances pending investigation. Any withheld funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and xsix6's internal dispute resolution procedures.

xsix6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, xsix6 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or in-account notification prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the xsix6 Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the xsix6 Platform immediately and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory standards under which xsix6 holds its operating licence. xsix6 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform and complies with the licensing authority's standards for player fund protection, game fairness, and responsible gaming.

In the event of a dispute between you and xsix6, you are encouraged to first contact the xsix6 support team to seek an informal resolution. xsix6 operates a formal complaints procedure and will respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism available under xsix6's applicable licensing framework. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from the xsix6 support team.
